ID Engines supports young talent in karting. For drivers considering making the step up to the Chrono NK 4-stroke, we offer the opportunity to test. It is important to realize that both the ID Junior and ID Senior are not “step-up classes”. Here demonstrable race experience is required for safety reasons.

Cost

Please note the usual cost of a track rental ticket. The rider must book this himself in advance via the website of the circuit concerned. In addition, the costs for the test day are € 150 per rider (payment via the webshop). The costs of the test will be deducted by ID Engines when participating in the NK Chrono.

Program

A Test (half day) starts with a reception at the track followed by an “Intake” explaining the ID Concept. The Test session consists of 2 runs of 12 minutes, we conclude the day with an “Evaluation”. The start and end time depends on the opening hours of the circuit and will be confirmed the day before the test.

There is no equipment available such as kart overalls, rib protector and helmet. I am aware of the costs, have filled out everything truthfully and participate at my own risk.

Thanks to the cooperation with the Royal Dutch Autosport Federation (KNAF), children can learn about different karting tracks and karting schools in the Netherlands, which they did not know existed before. This initiative helps young drivers discover and develop their passion for karting.
