Our engines are developed using advanced technology. We used 3D modelling to design the aluminium prototype cylinders, while 3D printing allowed our engineers to refine and test successive prototypes. After more than 1,000 hours on the test bench and five years of track testing, the engine was ready for production. In the final design, cast components replace the 3D-printed prototypes. Precision CNC machining ensures tight tolerances and an accurate finish.
Developed in the Netherlands specifically for karting, our four-stroke engines combine power, reliability and efficiency. Their low weight and narrow profile give drivers the space they need for a comfortable seating position. The specially designed crankcase helps maintain lubrication during cornering, when centrifugal forces push oil towards the outside of the engine. This innovative design keeps the engine properly lubricated, even through long, sustained corners.
