The latest technologies were used to develop the engine, for example, the aluminum test cylinders were designed using 3D modeling. 3D printing allowed the input of our engineers to be converted into ever new prototype. After more than 1,000 test bench hours and 5 years of testing on the asphalt, the engine is ready for the next step. The final design is put into production and the 3D printed parts are replaced with castings. The process is perfected with CNC machining, with this any tolerances are reduced and all parts are accurately machined.
With advanced technologies, our engines offer not only power, but also reliability and efficiency. The engines developed in the Netherlands are the only 4-stroke engines on the market built specifically for karting. This is reflected in the unique features, such as low dead weight and a narrow engine body, crucial for the rider’s seating position. There is also a specially adapted crankcase. Due to centrifugal forces, the oil wants out in the corner, which can cause engine damage. Due to an innovative invention, the engine has sufficient lubrication even in the longest turn-throughs.
